MARKETING MANAGER / IDEAMAKER (EXTERNAL COLLABORATION)

KUNA PRODUCTION is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager / Ideamaker to collaborate on upcoming projects in the aviation and luxury industries. We specialize in high-end visual storytelling and premium brand communication across digital platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies for aviation and luxury brand projects,
  • create and develop content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with overall marketing goals,
  • manage, plan, write copy, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn,
  • optimize social media content, formats, and post types based on current platform trends, best practices, and algorithms,
  • oversee brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all digital channels,
  • prepare, write, and send newsletters in line with campaign objectives and brand communication,
  • plan and manage social media boosting and paid promotion to support reach, engagement, and campaign performance,
  • collaborate closely with our creative department, videographer/video editor, and graphic designer to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency,
  • coordinate content production, provide creative input, and support filming when required,
  • monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact,
  • ensure marketing activities align with client objectives and project timelines.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a marketing or social media management role for aviation, luxury, or similarly premium brands (portfolio or references required),
  • strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn),
  • ability to manage end-to-end marketing execution, from strategy and ideation to copywriting, posting, and optimization,
  • strong copywriting skills with sensitivity to tone, clarity, and premium brand communication,
  • working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom,
  • strong visual awareness, attention to detail, and sense for high-end aesthetics,
  • fluent in English - both spoken and written, for communication and project coordination,
  • interest or background in aviation, travel, or luxury branding is a strong plus,
  • ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a creative team.
